AISATSU KOTOBA DALAM KOMUNIKASI BERBAHASA JEPANG
Abstract
Aisatsu kotoba are expressions of Japanese greeting used to start and end up a conversation. The function of aisatsu is to show respect, humbleness, intimacy and sympathy to listeners. There are 17 forms of aisatsu in Nameraka Nihon Go Kaiwa. Aisatsu is used most dominantly to show respect. Aisatsu is used with language style of respect (keigo) to improve politeness. It is used in the company environment when communicating to the superiors or consumers, but some are used in family environment or among friends.
